After in the production plant Zollhausstraße since 2007 and in the production plant Stefanstraße since 2008, a photovoltaic system has been operating successfully, we have intensified our efforts in sustainability.

In the paint shop Zollhausstraße we chose a color-replacement system with pigging technology. It is a closed concept that goes far beyond a conventional pigging system. This makes it possible to reduce losses, detergent, waste water and, not at least, to reduce operating costs.

The cleaning of the system components and frequent color changes, even with different types of coatings (solvent and / or water-based paints) can be realized by the pigging system now in minutes. Considerable paint savings are possible per change. By investing in pigging technology we were able to reduce operating costs, provide our customers with great flexibility and relieve the environment.
