Free choice of employment

Employment in the I.D. von Hagen AG has been chosen freely. Forced and compulsory labor as defined by the ILO Conventions Nos. 29 and 105 are rejected.

Compliance with legal and regulatory requirements and human rights
The I.D. von Hagen AG is committed to respecting human rights and ethical standards along the entire value chain. Laws and guidelines are respected.

Ethics escalation policy

Should employees of the I.D. Hagen AG feel that they are discriminated against or disadvantaged and that they cannot discuss this with their immediate supervisor, they have the opportunity to inform a manager of their choice. Disadvantages with appropriate notification are not to be feared and treated anonymously.

No discrimination

I.D. von Hagen AG guarantees equal opportunities and equal treatment, irrespective of ethnic origin, skin color, gender, religion or ideology, nationality, sexual orientation, social origin or political opinion, insofar as these are based on democratic principles and tolerance towards dissenters.

Fair competition

I.D. von Hagen AG expects fair competition based on the principles of the market economy. Agreement and coordination of conduct relevant to the market are not tolerated.

Corruption prevention

In order to avoid corruption and unlawful benefits, donations to business partners are only permitted to a reasonable extent. Any payment in cash or in any other form is prohibited to any official or elected representatives or anyone else who might question their independence. The prohibition of unlawful benefits also applies to our employees. The acceptance of benefits is also permitted for our employees only in reasonable and customary business practice.

For guidance:
The acceptance of giveaways is allowed up to a value of 50 €. The acceptance of invitations is allowed up to a value of 150 €. The acceptance of cash is not permitted.

Prevention of child labor

Under terms of ILO Conventions Nos. 138 and 182, children should not be impeded in their development. Their dignity must be respected and their health and safety should not be compromised. The general requirements for the minimum age for admission to employment are set out in the I.D. of Hagen AG.

Compensation The compensation is part of the employee motivation of I.D. from Hagen AG and is paid punctually at the agreed time. The renumation takes into account the legally guaranteed minimum wages, the minimum standards of the respective national economic sectors – without taking into account the difference in gender – and is oriented to the respective labor market.

Working hours

In the I.D. Hagen AG complies with national regulations and agreements on working hours and regular holidays.

Qualification

The qualification is part of the employee motivation of I.D. from Hagen AG. Employees are selected, hired and promoted on the basis of their function-specific qualifications and abilities. The targeted continuous qualification of employees is supported in order to enable a high level of performance and high quality work.

Product quality and customer orientation

In the products and production processes of the I.D. Hagen AG complies with legal and regulatory requirements as well as customer-specific requirements. To ensure customer satisfaction, risks are minimized while opportunities are seized. Each employee is personally involved in the continuous optimization of activities and processes. In addition, each employee is required to correct qualitative defects immediately in accordance with his competence or to report to his supervisor.

Knowledge and property preservation

In order to gain competitive advantage and to protect our products against imitation, every employee is obligated to use data and information from the company environment only within the approved framework. The transfer of in-house knowledge in any form is prohibited. The property of the company may not leave the premises without explicit permission.

Availability of resources and compliance with the management system

The I.D. von Hagen AG provides the necessary financial, human and structural resources to ensure a functioning quality management system.
Maintaining the management system is very important. The effectiveness is only guaranteed if each employee respects the management system and behaves accordingly in all tasks and at all times.

Communication and compliance

The contents of this integrated company policy are published within the I.D. Hagen AG communicates in a suitable form. Each employee is equally responsible for compliance with the stated principles and execution of the management system. Furthermore, it is the responsibility of each employee to be actively and continuously informed about existing requirements.
Supplier and service provider of I.D. von Hagen AG are required to adhere to and implement comparable principles in their companies.
