The between production halls 2 and 3 arranged new automated high-bay warehouse is a silo-building with four lanes for the storage of finished and semi-finished products in 10 levels and offers space capacity of about
8 670 pallets.
The supply and disposal of the stock is done by two fully automatic stacker cranes, which do about 38 double-jobs or 61 single-jobs an hour.
The high-bay warehouse is served by a chain conveyor and a cross-running-car, which has an hourly capacity of 70 jobs. Over the conveyor as a connecting element is the transportation between the high-bay warehouse, the paint-facility and the new injection Hall ensured. Used as carriers will be euro-palletts and grid boxes as well as disposable pallets.
In the bottom shelf levels pallets with a total weight of up to 1 000 kg are to be stored, all other levels take up to 500 kg.
